To help find articles on either side of the issue go to Glean comparison search http://www.gleancomparisonsearch.org/ Enter the search term Bosphorus Third Bridge and then select which sides of the debate you are interested in. This search engine will find articles on both sides of the argument – useful for your own case and to prepare refutation for what others will say.
Mashpedia is a useful search engine looking at a range sources including video, news, twitter and facebook. http://www.mashpedia.com/
Don’t forget to use the search options in the newspaper websites. The Hurriyet http://www.hurriyetdailynews.com/ and Today’s Zaman http://www.todayszaman.com/mainAction.action are English language Istanbul papers. If you can read Turkish any of the others.

This website has great information about debating – in particular the information on concept rebuttal (that is how to argue with the other person) and concept matter.
To help work as a team and share the websites you find try the social bookmarking site Diigo http://www.diigo.com/ You will need to set up accounts and invite each other to the group but once you do you can all see the websites you have found and comment on them.
For bibliography help – yes you will be asked to cite your references try Easybib http://www.easybib.com/ it is free to sign up. Grab notetaking sheets from the citation centre in the library and Mrs Bond can help with any other questions about citations, debates or information.
